Equality Based Solutions
I believe trans, autistic, and disabled voices are needed in our current City and Regional Councils. The biggest complaints we’ve heard about our current councilors have been that they do not return calls and do not do case work in our city.
They are not listening to us. I promise that I will listen and work to ensure that all of our voices are heard. We will create an Oshawa that works for all of us, not just a few.
Throughout the years we have seen policies which target homeless and low income individuals. Our transit system has been growing less and less reliable while our roads stay poorly maintained. The growing urban sprawl within Oshawa is needlessly hurting our property taxes, our municipal services, and the environment.
Marginalized groups are struggling needlessly and we can do more to create a just and equitable city. Please lend me your support in Oshawa’s Ward 3 election and know that your vote will help to make a real difference.
